What is it?

Vitamin B12, also known as cyanocobalamin or cobalamins, is referred to as a water-soluble vitamin that is considered vital for the proper bodily functioning of the brain as well as the nervous system. Any weight loss that isn’t done through vegetables, protein and exercise is going to be hard to maintain in the long run.  It’s best that if you do try this method to also have a great succession pla to keep the weight off after you go off this type of injection.  While taking vitamin b12 as a multi-vitamin will not have the same effect we suggest you stick to a different diet plan such as the Abs Diet.

    I have had monthly B12 shots for years. I am currently on an 8 week regimen of 1000 mcg/week then will return to 1000mcg/month. I have not lost a pound which leads me to believe that the weight loss B12 hype is just that: hype.

      What happens when you stop it?  I mean, you’ve been on it for years so I’m assuming your body is use to this dosage… Who recommended that you stay on it for this long?

    I take the vitamin b12 and b6 shot 3 times a week and so far and 3 months I have lost 60 pounds but that is including I’m very tight diet about 12 to 15 glasses of water and proper exercise
